Akquinet AG, the largest owner-managed IT company in the German-speaking world, relies on emotional competence as a central element of modern leadership. The goal: an open corporate culture in which employees can freely express their feelings - from anger to enthusiasm. Participants learn in these three-day training sessions:
An additional focus is on the emotional self-reflection of managers.
It's no longer a no-go to say: 'That makes me sad' or 'I don't feel comfortable with that'. This openness is the key to less friction and more productivity.
The project is having an impact: since its introduction, employees have reported a more open atmosphere and more respectful interaction with one another. Conflicts are resolved more quickly and employee loyalty has improved significantly. Managers benefit from new tools that make it easier for them to recognize the needs of their teams and respond to them in a targeted manner. By working closely with the trainers, Akquinet was not only able to promote the emotional competence of employees, but also strengthen the internal position of the HR department. The program is now a plus point in job interviews and makes the company stand out in the competition for skilled workers.
