🎙️ On Air at Radio NRW - what a highlight!
Honestly - that was quite something! When I was asked if I could say something about how we can talk to each other again in a sensible way after an election campaign full of spikes, side blows and drama, I immediately thought: Sure, right up my alley!
Because whether in politics, in a company or in a team - in the end there are people with emotions, and you can't just get rid of them with a handshake.
In the interview, I revealed a few of my favorite tips:
✔️ Neutral ground - no home-field advantage, please!
✔️ Clear agenda - no rushing around.
✔️ And: Stay away from sandwiches during the negotiation! 😅
I am delighted that I was able to share my thoughts on leadership, emotions and communication on the radio - and I keep realizing that emotional sovereignty is not only worth its weight in gold in companies, but also in politics.
