Nadja Kahn is the founder and managing director of KahnEvents, an event agency for global corporate events. With her experience from over 1000 events and a broad client base - from DAX companies to consultancies - she has recognized the importance of emotional experiences for teams and business success. Since 2018, she has been working with her partner Christoph Theile on research into emotions and the further development of the Globe of Emotions.
Christoph Theile is an internationally active business coach and leadership developer. After working for large corporations, he founded the EQTing Leadership Institute in 2009. There he helps managers and teams to develop emotional sovereignty and consciously use emotions in communication. The Globe of Emotions, developed together with Nadja Kahn , serves as a tool for the targeted perception and activation of emotions.
