Their training concept "Emotional Leadership" was recognized at the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2017. Top Radiovermarktung GmbH & Co. KG in Berlin successfully implemented the program and won in the category "Leadership development in small and medium-sized companies".

The model is based on the seven basic emotions according to Paul Ekman. Managers learn to recognize and control emotions in a targeted manner and to use them productively in their dealings with employees. The training is supported by the ESQ7 online test, which identifies areas for personal development.
